The U.S. version of the 2008 Cayenne GTS will be on display at the Chicago auto show next week. For Porsche, this will be the fourth trim level added to the Cayenne SUV lineup.

The Cayenne GTS uses Porsche's 4.8-liter V8, with output bumped up to 405 hp from the 385 hp in the Cayenne S. GTS buyers have a choice of a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.

The GTS front fascia and rear is similar to the Cayenne Turbo. The wheel arches have been redesigned to make room for 21-inch wheels. Inside, the GTS gets redesigned seats.
