Chinese Cage Match

If you think only political prisoners are keep locked in cages in China, think again.
A Mr. Zhang, of Jilin City, has built an iron cage for his VW Jetta in an effort to stop thieves from stealing parts from his car and demanding ransom money to give them back.
Zhang claims that parts were stolen twice and each time he found a note clipped under the wiper, with phone and bank-account numbers. In order to get the parts back, Mr Zhang had to wire 500 yuan or about $70 to retrieve his stuff!
You can get thrown into jail for speaking out, but a skive who steals parts gets away with it. You've got to love the communists.
