When I lived in Ohio about four years ago, my next-door neighbor had one of these plates. They're actually a bit fluorescent green under the right light. She also had a court-mandated Breathalyzer-type ignition lock on the car. One would think that if she had that much of a problem with driving under the influence, they'd just yank her license permanently.

Point wee taken! The plate doesn't alleviate the core problem.
