Many States are starting to play hardball when it comes to exposing drivers who have chronic DUI records.

Maryland is the latest State to contemplate the use of special "vanitylinks" plates to identify drivers with DUI records.

The plate above is the Ohio version of a "driving under the influence' license.

Here's a video report outlining the debate in Maryland over the effectiveness of such branding.
