EVO Reviews The Italian Mustang

As EVO's scribe Henry Catchpole suggests, most concept cars are one-off, paper-lions that are all show and absolutely no substance.
To use his words, "most concept cars are made of sticky-back plastic and pipe cleaners. Occasionally they work and we're allowed to drive them, but this usually happens on a deserted airfield and you'd often travel faster on foot."
But this wasn't the case recently when the British magazine was lucky enough to score the review of Giugiaro's impressive Mustang concept. The Italian penned muscle car that was showcased at last November's LA Auto Show came with a supercharged, 4.6 liter Ford V8 that pumped out a rubber roasting
500 horsepower.EVO likened the driving dynamics to that of a fussy Italian exotic - too large for Italy's narrow lanes, impractical (review cameras instead of mirrors), but also eminently thrilling.
Alas, no confirming word as to whether this beautiful Italian 'stang will see production.
