New Phantom Convertible Creates a Problem for 4Drivers Only

, that ace hidden-lensman Hans G. Lehmann captures this shot of a convertible version of the Rolls-Royce Phantom. Decisions! Decisions! According to the CarConnection story, it is based on a shortened platform of the Phantom and powered by the same 460-hp, 6.75-liter V-12 engine as the sedan. Four passengers can be accommodated, which leaves me with a quandary. Whom shall I invite? Helena Bonham-Carter has already turned me down and Sir Stirling Moss will travel in his personal jet. Any thoughts on who my companion should be? Or whether the Bentley or the Rolls makes a better ride? Or where I'll find the money for this fantasy?Permalink: New Phantom Convertible Creates a Problem for 4Drivers Only
