Why have just the basic run-of-the-mill everyday porsche boxster or Cayman when you can have the not-so-everyday super tuned and super special RUF variants of the same models? That's the question 25 year old to the day Porsche tuner RUF is asking of the select few cars it will tune up for a select few Porsche customers.

The new RUF variants of the Boxster or Cayman will be called the 3400K and will get 400 horsepower- a 105 horse bonus over the standard Porsche models.
