No, you won't witness your own demise on YouTube because you wrecked while searching on Google. You can only access the web while in park.

BMW is ready to offer "unrestricted access" to the web as an option in any new 2008 vehicle. Unfortunately it's only for European buyers at the moment. You can surf from the front seat in park, or have rear seat access while the car is in motion.
