Stella Artois is a 650+ year old Belgian beer brand. Britons are particularly fond of its distinctive taste and the frequency of the company's televised ad campaigns reflect this popularity; despite the fact that the brew tends to be on the pricey side.
To put a humorous light on the expense issue, a series of commercials were produced using satire to soften the fiscal blow.
In the following (and quite funny) clip, a late 1930s BMW 327 cabriolet - a cherished classic among the world's Bimmer fans - meets disaster by breaking the fall of a Stella Artois keg.
As only 1,096 of these special convertibles were made, it is difficult to imagine that the cracked car was the real deal
. But then again...Best to see for yourself.
