Think you are alone as an auto geek surfing the web to learn about everything automotive? Not quite. As a matter of fact there is a word for us - Influential.

According to recent research, dealers would be well-suited to pay careful attention to a specific set of consumers known as "influential's." Harris Interactive used this term to denote American adults who describe themselves as either "very" or "extremely knowledgeable" about vehicles. This group is more apt to know and interact with others who have the same knowledge, the company indicated.
