Pickup Trucks Hauling Economic Recovery

Pickup Trucks Hauling Economic Recovery

Last month Americans purchased over 100,000 pickup trucks. This number was an increase of around 19% since last year. This is a great sign that economic recovery is on its way.

Pickup trucks cost more to run than cars but they allow users to make large hauls that they could never use in person. When more trucks are being purchased it means there is suddenly more to haul. Every day citizens are finding themselves back to work and able to purchase new furniture and other large goodies, like a truck to haul them in. Contractors who are most famous for using large pickup trucks are also finding themselves back in business and in need of a vehicle.

It is pretty much a given that in low economic times pickup trucks just don't sell as well as they do in economic high times. Let's hope that we start to see more signs of an improving economy from this point on.
